The Paul & Humile Mashatile Foundation

Why We Exist

Born out of a deepfelt and longstanding dedication to serve and to advocate for the dignity of the most vulnerable in society, we at the Paul and Humile Mashatile Foundation strive to protect children whatever their socio-economic background.

We focus on ensuring that children from disadvantaged communities presenting with neurodiverse conditions, primarily those within the autism spectrum are supported, respected, empowered, and, most importantly, protected from exclusion.

Our Vision

A world in which neurodiversity is celebrated and in which all children who present with autistic conditions are supported, respected, empowered and are not discriminated against.

Our Mission

Our mission is to foster an inclusive society that recognises and supports the inherent value and unique gifts that autistic individuals bring.

Who We Are

The foundation is the brainchild of Paulus Shipokasi and Humile Mashatile. Veteran human rights and social activists in their own rights, the couple share a passion to better the lives of the most vulnerable in society.
